Dana White shares photo with Brock Lesnar in UFC shirt

The possibility of Lesnar returning to the UFC was put to White last weekend, and he was very receptive to the idea.

Brock Lesnar last appeared in the octagon at the UFC 200 pay-per-view event, which was held back in July 2016 in Las Vegas. As seen below, White tweeted a photo of he and The Beast, who was wearing a UFC t-shirt. "When Brock Lesnar won the championship, he was fun...it was fun".

"I think Brock Lesnar does whatever Brock Lesnar wants to do", Heyman told TMZ.

His dominant win was overturned to a no contest, and Lesnar went back to the WWE on a part-time basis.

For instance, at the turn of the year the UFC president said "yes" when asked by TSN to predict whether he thought Lesnar would fight for the UFC at some stage in 2018. At the end of the day, if Lesnar wants to fight again under the UFC banner, the promotion will nearly certainly welcome him with open arms.

The MMA star posted a photo of himself in a lucha libre mask and claimed that he "could feel at home" in the WWE, tagging current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and teasing, "I wouldn't mind taking another belt from you".

On Sunday night, White added fuel to the already raging fire surrounding a second Lesnar comeback by posting a picture of himself and the WWE superstar to his official Instagram page. "Brock has always shown interest in coming over and fighting here in the UFC".

'I wouldn't be shocked if he gave it one more shot'.

The 40 year-old never served out his one year suspension, however, so, if Lesnar does intend to fight again, he'll need to re-enter USADA's testing pool multiple months in advance, and finish his suspension. As a penalty, the heavyweight received a one-year suspension from USADA.

Should the dominant wrestler wish to test himself in the most unsafe arena in professional sports once again, he is likely to face the victor of Stipe Miocic vs Daniel Cormier at UFC 226.
