Characters who could die during Avengers: Infinity War

The Russo Brothers have been talking up Thanos' role, and this interview is a reminder that we don't actually know much about Infinity War. Most likely they're being held back because they don't fit in the narrative flow of the released trailers (as well as ensuring fans see real and lasting value in attending events like D23 and SDCC), but they nevertheless tell us a lot about the movie.

Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters worldwide on April 27.

This time around though, I wonder which MCU characters could die, and how their deaths, either by willful sacrifice, or by defeat, would impact the MCU going forward, post-Infinity War. "He hasn't been at the forefront of other "Avengers" movies but he certainly has a very important role in this film", the co-director said. So I think Thanos has an incredible amount of screen time, and I think you'll find that Thor has a really interesting arc in the film.

Directed by the Russo brothers, Anthony and Joseph, the film will feature an all-star cast of the previous superheroes that have made their debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. So are we! Curious as to why Thanos wants to kill half the universe?! I think this is the most human of the Avengers movies, of all the Marvel movies.

Popular artist (and major superhero movie fan) BossLogic whipped up a Hawkeye-heavy poster that places the hero in nine different spots, replacing characters like Chadwick Boseman's T'Challa/Black Panther, Chris Evans' Steve Rogers/Captain America, Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanova/Black Widow, Chris Hemsworth's Thor, Chris Pratt's Peter Quill/Star-Lord, Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark/Iron Man, Dave Bautista's Drax the Destroyer, Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes, and Tom Holland's Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

That's right - the official Infinity War runtime has been revealed, and it's the longest MCU film to date.

"I thought, Could somebody take a photo of this?" We got you covered.
