Stormy Daniels sues Trump over "con job" tweet about forensic sketch

Stormy Daniels sues Trump over

Daniels and her lawyer require consideration of their case by a jury, and compensation of the caused damage to the actress. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!' along with the photo. (Daniels's legal name is Stephanie Clifford.) Essentially, the lawsuit says that Trump's tweet accuses her of lying, subsequently challenging her credibility and claiming she broke the law.

Days after a federal judge put the lawsuit between Stormy Daniels and the president and his personal lawyer on hold, the porn star has announced she is now also suing Donald Trump for defamation.

And that, in turn, "exposed Ms. Clifford to hated, contempt, ridicule, and shame, and discouraged others from associating or dealing with her".

"Mr Trump's statement is false and defamatory", it said.

Cohen has been under major legal scrutiny ever since the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided his offices in order to investigate the potential illegalities involved in his hush money payment to Stormy Daniels. "Forget the story, '" Daniels told CNN in March. "And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, 'That's a lovely little girl". The NDA outlined that Stormy was not to disclose details about an affair she and Trump had in 2006 in exchange for $130,000.

And now, she's diving further down the legal rabbit hole over a tweet by the U.S. president saying that she was she was playing a "con job" on the media. "Mr. Trump knew that his false, disparaging statement would be read by people around the world" and that it would get a lot of press coverage, "and that Ms. Clifford would be subjected to threats of violence, economic harm, and reputational damage as a result". "Mr Trump used his national and global audience of millions of people to make a false factual statement to denigrate and attack Ms Clifford". She's already suing Trump to get out of her nondisclosure agreement and has a separate defamation suit against Trump's attorney Michael Cohen. The suit claims Trump "purposely did not sign the agreement so he could later, if need be, publicly disavow any knowledge of the Hush Agreement and Ms. Clifford".
