The Queen led the way onto the balcony, closely following by Prince William and Kate, who ushered Prince George and Princess Charlotte to the front for a specatular view of the birthday flypast.

Charlotte clapped excitedly when the thousands of people gathered at the gates of Buckingham Palace applauded the aerial display. Her husband, Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, turns 97 on Sunday and has retired from public duties.

Seven-year-old Savannah, the daughter of Peter Phillips and granddaughter of Princess Anne, also made a shushing motion at little George.

Prince Harry and Meghan tied the knot on May 19.

Cohen, 49, reportedly helped the Duchess on an array of issues, including how to correctly address people, how to behave on royal tours at home and overseas, and how to be an effective member of the Royal Family.

Today the royal family stepped out to make Queen Elizabeth's 92nd birthday.

Britain´s Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Britain´s Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, Britain´s Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Britain´s Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex.

It was Meghan's first time in such a grand royal event, filled with age-old pomp and circumstance.

Despite the fact that it was her debut Trooping the Colour, Meghan didn't seem fazed by the flag-bearing crowds and was guided through the day by Prince Harry who could be seen talking her through the event.

Prince Charles rode on horseback at Princess Diana's first Trooping the Colour, so she rode in a carriage with her brother-in-law, Prince Andrew.

Queen Elizabeth, who recently underwent a successful cataract operation, arrived in an open Ascot Landau carriage to Horse Guards Parade in Whitehall from her home at Buckingham Palace.

They watched as this year's colour, the flag of the 1st Battalion Coldstream Guards, was trooped on Horse Guards, Henry VIII's former jousting yard.

The Queen is technically the head of Britain's armed forces and the parade gives her a chance to review her army.
