Beyonce and Jay-Z drop joint album "Everything Is Love" on Tidal

Beyonce and Jay-Z drop joint album

Jay Z and Beyonce have released a surprise joint album, Everything Is Love.

In 2013, Beyoncé released the self-titled album "Beyonce" without any notice.

The record was released exclusively on Tidal, the streaming service co-owned by the pair and a number of other recording artists.

Two years ago, Beyonce dropped the audiovisual phenomenon Lemonade, which many suspect discussed Jay-Z's infidelity.

Beyoncé also posted a visual to accompany the album on her Instagram.

Because everything these lovers do is high art, the new video for the album's lead single, "Apeshit", was directed by Ricky Saiz and shot in May at the Louvre in Paris, presumably snatching the Mona Lisa bald.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are now performing their 48-date On the Run 2 tour.

The singer, 36, announced her nine-track collaboration with the rapper, 48, by posting a clip from a video for one of the album's tracks APESHIT on social media.

The maybe/maybe-not beef over JAY-Z and Beyoncé missing Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's wedding may be getting new life with a brand new track that seems like it's referencing that very thing.

'But love is deeper than your pain and I believe you can change'.

The Justice4Grenfell Twitter account wrote: "We are grateful that Jay Z and Beyonce dedicated their last song to Grenfell tonight, they said their thoughts were with the families & survivors".

"It happened - we were using our art nearly like a therapy session". Which has us desperate to know if they'll be debuting this new music when they hit the stage in Amsterdam on June 19!
