Chelsea name their price for Eden Hazard

The transfer will be announced after the World Cup; Courtois will play against England on Saturday in St. Petersburg for the third-place playoff.

Eden Hazard has used the platform perfectly, turning in some seriously impressive displays for Belgium in Russian Federation.

Hazard has been central to Belgium's run to the semi finals of the World Cup in Russian Federation, drawing fresh attention from the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona who have both been long-term admirers.

'Everyone speaks about footballers and about what they can do on the pitch, and rightly so it is very easy to assess what Eden Hazard does on the pitch.

Avid Premier League fans will all know how good he is, but his World Cup showing has earned him universal acclaim.

Cristiano Ronaldo's £88million move to Juventus has opened the door for the Champions League winners to make at least one superstar signing this summer.

However, Los Blancos' bitter rivals Barcelona are now in the frame, with fresh reports from Sport stating that contact has been made between the two parties. Hazard told beIN SPORTS.

Barcelona have also been long-term admirers of the player, but the report suggests that a move is unlikely due to Chelsea's asking price.

Financially, the Blaugrana have the money to pay both Hazard's transfer fee and his wages, with the recent sale of Paulinho back to Guangzhou Evergrande having boosted the club's coffers.

Incoming Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, who is expected to be confirmed as Antonio Conte's successor imminently, will attempt to persuade Hazard to commit the peak years of his career to the west London club with a new contract worth £300,000-a-week still on the table.

"Zidane is someone special, it's true, but I think Real is everyone's dream."

"For now, it's the World Cup".
