Samsung Unveils Budget Smartphone with Triple Cameras

The phone which will feature this spec is Galaxy A7, and the company announced that it is going to be available only for Asia and Europe: it will be a midrange device equipped with a unique three-camera setup on the rear. The third lens is an 8MP f/2.4 Ultra-Wide lens that has 120 degrees field of view which lets you capture more from less distance.

The smartphone features a 6-inch Super AMOLED Infinity Display with a 2,220 x 1,080 resolution and sports a taller screen.

Announced today for the European and Asian markets, the new version of the Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 is always revealed to be a mid-range smartphone.

The Galaxy A7 is a mid-range smartphone, though Samsung hasn't shared its pricing details yet. Yes, the South Korean giant Samsung launched the all-new Galaxy A7 (2018) with many striking features. The device will be available in blue, black, gold and pink colours.

The Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 is, therefore, the first device in the house to pave the way for this new trend. Under the hood, there is a 2.2GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7885 processor with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB internal storage. The front camera gets its own LED flash for low-light selfies. There's either 4GB or 6GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage which can be expanded with a MicroSD card, and a 3300mAh battery which is compatible with quick charging.

The Infinity Display iteration of Samsung Galaxy A7 has a 3,300 mAh battery and runs on current Android 8.0 Oreo operating system with Samsung's UI on top.

Highlights of the two phones include big 6.0-inch 18.5:9 screens with a HD+ resolution, facial recognition, 3,300mAh batteries, Dolby Atmos audio, a quad-core Snapdragon 425 chipset and a glass-like back cover, seemingly created to help them look premium without upping the price.

As you can see from the above image, the Samsung Galaxy A7 packs no fewer than three lenses into the rear chassis in a vertical alignment.

The connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy Watch include Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC, A-GPS/ GLONASS.

DJ Koh, President and CEO of IT and Mobile Communications Division, Samsung Electronics who was in India last month, had said the company is refreshing its mid-price segment smartphones with flagship premium features for the upcoming festive quarter.
