Aaron Rodgers Evaluated for Concussion, Exits Packers vs. Lions

The Green Bay Packers confirmed the diagnosis early in the fourth quarter, trailing 24-0 to the Detroit Lions.

The NFL broadcast booth will have a very entertaining presence in the final week of the regular season.

Based on Green Bay's third-place finish in the NFC North, the last two teams to be locked into next year's slate were Carolina and San Francisco, based on their third-place finishes in the NFC South and NFC West, respectively.

In what was a truly tumultuous season for the Packers that resulted in the firing of long-time head coach Mike McCarthy and a 6-9-1 record, this photo tells one heck of a story.

The Packers entered the game as 8-point favorites. That margin stood at the initial break.

Earlier this season, the Green Bay Packers chose to move on from former head coach Mike McCarthy after 13 seasons with the team.

The passing game clicked despite a depleted receiving corps, with Kenny Golladay missing the relatively meaningless game with a chest injury.

Matthew Stafford threw for two touchdowns and 266 yards. Rodgers lost his helmet on a sack on his second play of the game.

For the Packers, this year marks the first time the team will miss the playoffs in back-to-back seasons since 2006.
